จุดมุ่งหมายในการงานออกแบบเชิงพาณิชย์ คือ การออกแบบเพื่อให้ธุรกิจทำเงิน และมีความโดดเด่นเป็นที่น่าจดจำ สิ่งที่สำคัญคือการหาจุดสมดุลร่วมกันระหว่างพื้นที่ว่าง, เอกลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ และ ความสวยงามในภาพรวมและในรายละเอียด ซึ่งจะเกิดจากการทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิด ในการพัฒนาแนวความคิดร่วมกับเจ้าของโครงการ เพื่อให้งานออกแบบสามารถสัมผัส และเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายของโครงการ
Commercial Interior Design's purpose is to help businesses make money. Our job is the art of balancing companies' functional needs in term of existing spaces, brand identities and aesthetics. To do so, obviously, we needs to work closely with our clients to develop the design spaces that can speak to the right customers.!!!

แนวความคิดในการออกแบบปรับปรุงสำนักงานของ TDRI เพื่อต้องการปรับภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร ให้ดูทันสมัยขึ้นนั้น คือ Activity-Based Office โดยมีเป้าหมายให้การทำงานเป็นทีมเกิดความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และให้องค์กรดูเข้าถึงง่าย ดึงดูดคนรุ่นใหม่
โดยการออกแบบจะเน้นใส่ใจกับความรู้สึกและความต้องการของคนในองค์กรเป็นอันดับแรก นอกจากนี้ยังออกแบบลักษณะพฤติกรรมการทำงานในรูปแบบต่างๆ ให้ยืดหยุ่น และมีความหลากหลาย ทั้งการทำงานแบบกลุ่มและแบบเดี่ยว ตัวอย่างเช่น Chocolate Box ในห้องประชุม ที่สามารถเลื่อนเพื่อกั้นพื้นที่ ใช้ในการแบ่งกลุ่มประชุม นั่งเล่น หรือ การทำกลุ่มประชุมย่อยได้
The design intends to represent the image of modern organization. The concept of "New Design" is an activity-based office which helps create creativity. The workspace values employees' satisfaction and needs.
“The chocolate boxes” in conference room are moveable for space division, recreation, relaxing time and small group discussion. Each box comes with colorful seat and whiteboard at its back.

ร้านกาแฟเล็กๆแห่งใหม่บนถนนลาดกระบัง ที่มีแนวคิดออกแบบให้ร้านเหมือนบ้านหลังเล็ก ที่อบอวลไปด้วยความสุข และอบอุ่น พร้อมต้อนรับแขกผู้มาเยือนด้วยความรัก
ด้วยวัสดุที่โชว์ลวดลายธรรมชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ พื้นหินอ่อนปูPatternลายเฉพาะตัว และ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ลอยตัวที่ตั้งใจเลือกแต่ละชิ้นอย่างปราณีต แสดงออกได้ถึงความตั้งใจที่จะเลือกสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้กับลูกค้าผู้รักในการชิมกาแฟ ให้มั่นใจได้ว่าร้านกาแฟเล็กๆแห่งนี้ได้เลือกสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้ลูกค้าอย่างแน่นอน
An interior design is a combination of Mid-Century Modern (MCM), Scandinavian and Japandi. The place is designed to be like a living room of a house where we welcome a stranger with warm hug. The atmosphere would to be graceful and still feel inviting. The space is flexible for both individual and group customers. The tables and seats were also considered to be adjustable for big group of people.
The combination of two different materials, wood and white marble, perfectly leads to a fascinating contrast. The collection of decoration and loose furniture was delicately selected.
TOP ST Builder ( Showroom )
งานออกแบบโชว์รูม 2 ชั้น โดย ชั้น 1 จะออกแบบในสไตล์ Contemporary เป็นเหมือนห้องรับแขกของบ้านพัก ที่แฝงความสง่างาม และชั้น2 เป็นโชว์รูมโคมไฟ ที่จะเป็นสไตล์ Industrial ที่ต้องการความเรียบง่ายและโชว์ผิวสัมผัสที่แท้จริงของวัสดุ
The 2-storey showroom for Top ST Builder Co.,Ltd. The company does business in construction focusing on Housing, thus the design concept is to create a space like "Home".
For 1st Floor, the function will be living area, material selection area, meeting room and others. The design is in contemporary style with special details and colors. copper has been selective used to add luxury feeling to the design.
For 2nd Floor, the function is lighting showroom. It is designed in industrial looks. However, the balance between cold materials like concreate & steel and warmer taxtures like rough wood makes the space still warm like "Home".

แนวคิดในการออกแบบที่อยากให้ผู้ชมคิดถึงตรอกย่าน Broadway, Newyork สถานที่ที่มีชื่อเสียงด้านละครเวที จึงให้ทางเข้าหลักซ่อนอยู่ด้านหลังของตึก ทางเข้าเป็นบันไดที่นำคุณสู่ชั้น 2 ของอาคารซึ่งเป็นส่วนต้อนรับ และ Cafe ซึ่งในส่วนนี้พื้นที่สามารถปรับเปลี่ยน เป็นการจัดนิทรรศการทางศิลปะได้ ส่วนของโรงละครขนาดประมาณ 80-90 ที่นั่งนั้น จะอยู่ที่ชั้น 1
เป็นโครงการให้ความสำคัญกับการใช้พื้นที่และการเข้าถึงพื้นที่ในรูปแบบต่างๆ
Thonglor playhouse is renovated to be a theatre as if it is located in the narrow Broadway alley. It is composed of 80-90 -seat theatre, cafe, practice studio and office.
The entrance is hidden on the back of the commercial building. The entrance stair will lead you straight to the cafe on the second floor where reception is while the theatre is located on the first floor.
The cafe was designed to be flexible for artists and actors in the theme of "rough vs sophisticate". It could be the wating area or meeting point or rehearsal place by the portable furnitures and adjustable lights.

โครงการปรับปรุง บ้านพักอาศัย 2 ชั้น เป็นสำนักงาน
เนื่องจากเป็นบริษัทที่เน้นด้าน Technology การออกแบบจึงคำนึงถึงภาพลักษณ์ที่ทันสมัยขององค์กร แต่ก็ยังคงลักษณะของความเป็นบ้าน ตามสภาพแวดล้อมเดิม โดยการเลือกใช้วัสดุ เช่นไม้ และหิน มาเสริมวัสดุเดิมที่เป็นไม้จริงของบ้านในยุคก่อน
พื้นที่ทำงานชั้น 1 เป็นห้องรับแขกเดิมของบ้านที่มีขนาดใหญ่ และสูง 2 ชั้น ถูกปรับเป็นห้องทำงานรวม เปิดโล่ง
การผสมผสานวัสดุสมัยใหม่ และวัสดุเดิมของบ้าน รวมทั้ง การปรับเรื่องเส้นสาย เช่น มีการนำเส้นเฉียงมาใช้ นอกจากจะช่วยเพิ่มความน่าสนใจ ยังเป็นเสน่ห์ที่ไม่มีใครเหมือนอีกด้วย

งานออกแบบเซลล์ออฟฟิตของโครงการคอนโดกรีเน่นี้ มีแนวคิดอยากให้บรรยากาศมีความเรียบง่าย ที่แฝงไปด้วยความสง่างาม โดยเลือกใช้ Pattern ที่เรียบง่าย กับลายหินอ่อนสีขาว ร่วมกับกระจกสีชา และไม้สีอ่อน เป็นวัสดุหลัก
การใช้เส้นสีทองเพื่อเน้น และรายละเอียดของโคมไฟแก้ว ช่วยเพิมความหรูหราเล็กๆ ที่เพิ่มความพิเศให้กับพื้นที่
การนำเส้นเอียงมาให้ที่พื้นและฝ้าเพดาน เพื่อเพิ่มความสนุกสนานและน่าตื่นเต้นให้กับพื้นที่
The space is furnished with the combination of simple pattern, white marble, bronze tinted mirror glass and wood materials to create a classic and elegant ambiance. The use of gold line and crystal glass lamp in details is selected to emphasize the concept of luxurious.
Moreover, lighting and the oblique lines at floor and ceiling help create excitement and enhance space.

งานออกแบบร้านชาบูชาบูนี้ มีแนวคิดที่อยากให้ลูกค้าทุกคนเป็น Chef ที่จะปรุงแต่งความอร่อยด้วยตัวเอง ลักษณะการนั่งจะเป็นเคานเตอร์ยาวเป็นการนั่งเดี่ยว และมีโต๊ะนั่งแบบกลุ่มอยู่ด้านหน้าร้าน เนื่องจากงบประมาณที่จำกัด จึงใช้การสร้างเอกลักษณ์ให้กับร้านด้วยสีสันที่สดใส และลวดลายกราฟฟิก ของชื่อร้าน ลวดลายที่ผนัง

งานออกแบบพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ประกอบด้วย ส่วนพักคอย และ โรงอาหาร ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายของโครงการ คือนักศึกษา แนวความคิดในการออกแบบ อยากให้ดูสนุกสนาน ซึ่งเป็นรูปแบบที่เป็นที่นิยมในช่วงเวลานั้นในกลุ่มวัยรุ่น
The apartment is situated near Thammasat Unitversity (Rangsit Campus).
Thus, the public space ; lobby and canteen, would be designed in the concept of "Fun" and "Cheerful" in order to serve the target customers.
The critical part was to find to right loose furnitures to match to the original design.
