PTI Office is a mixed-use project including office space on 1st floor, residential unit on 2nd floor, coffee shop and rental shop. The project is situated on Chareon Rat Road, Bangkok.

 

 

Although it is a mixed use, the design is to create "Unity" by form and elements. Natural ventilation and sun shading were seriously considered when developing mass and detail design due to sunshine and hot weather in Thailand.
